Refunds

Annual and monthly subscriptions to Metry may be cancelled at any time. On cancellation of an annual subscription, we refund the unused portion of your subscription period, calculated as follows: the months you have used are charged at the monthly rate of your plan at the time of purchase, and the remainder of what you paid is refunded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation request. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded pro-rata within the current month; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
